I have a few questions:
-I’m 16/female, is that too late to start kiteboarding?
-If I kiteboard once a week 1-2 hrs, how long till I’m good enough to do tricks?
-Does it give you lean muscles or thick?
-I have super muscular gymnast legs, will kiteboarding make them even bigger?
Also:
I know this question is silly, but what would a guy think of a girl kiteboarding?

1st: It’s never to late to start a new sport! Plus your young if your athletically inclined you should pick up the basics in no time at all.
2nd: This falls under athletic ability also, and if you do other sports where coordination is key then you should be able to start landing tricks pretty quickly.
3rd: Lean vs thick really has more to do with what your body is inclined to do naturally. Some people have the ability to gain muscle faster than others and some people are just lanky no matter what.
4th: I think sounds like you might fall into the "gain muscle faster" group so it could, not 100% sure about this one.
5th: Guys are seriously going to dig that!
Finally, good luck as kiteboarding is not easy and will test your metal but stick with it and don’t give up as what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger!

Febuary 7th Kona winds kicked in on Maui Hawaii and windsurfers and kiteboarders ripped up the extreme conditions with 15-30ft waves on the North Shore. Jason Polakow, Robby Swift, Pascal Bronnimann, Josh Stone and Ross Williams were just a few of the pros out charging the conditions

i have to make a kite for a project and i thought (since i kiteboard) making one of these would be awsome.

I live in Puyallup, WA and I am looking for places to kiteboard on land. Ellensburg looks like a good area, but I am wondering 1) If anybody knows any better/closer places and 2) Where specifically there is flat land – preferably packed sand/dirt, low grass, and/or pavement in these areas.
